BOOMERANG CARWASH® – Investment opportunities in Boomerang Carwash® are limited to “accredited investors” within the meaning of Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) Rule 501 of Regulation D, as presently in effect and set forth in a questionnaire available from Drive Clean®.   Essentially, each investor (or investor group) must have the financial capacity to fund up to $2.4 million for each project.

Projects are offered to approved and accredited investors on a first come first serve basis. As part of the first step in the development process it will be necessary to provide the following information:

• Completed Accreditation Questionnaire (Boomerang Carwash Only)
• Current Financial Statement
• If an entity is used, the tax ID number, articles of incorporation, operating agreement and a corporate resolution authorizing the investment is required.
• It may be necessary in the future as the project develops to submit personal and/or entity tax returns for the most recent 3-year period.
